Frisco’s Wade Park Project Lands Two More Retail Tenants
The first phase of Frisco’s Wade Park project is scheduled to open late next year. Frisco’s planned Wade Park development has landed two more retail tenants. Apparel and gift store Anthropologie and Free People, a specialty women’s clothing store, have signed leases in the 175-acre mixed-use project at the Dallas North Tollway and Lebanon Road. The two stores are scheduled to open with the first phase of Wade Park, late next year. Other retail anchors in the project include a Whole Foods Market, iPic Theaters and Pinstripes Bowling. Wade Park is planned to include about 600,000 square feet of retail space, anchored by a 45,000 square-foot Whole Foods Market. The first phase of the shopping center is scheduled to open in October of 2017. Wade Park is also planned to include two luxury hotels, up to 6 million square feet of commercial office space, and apartments, condominiums and single-family homes.
